五味子乙素-阿霉素脂质体的*肿瘤作用研究

摘要:制备含有五味子乙素的脂质体,用于运载*癌药物阿霉素,即五味子乙素-阿霉素脂质体.脂质体对阿霉素的包封率用柱层析法测定,脂质体的形态,粒度分别用扫描电镜,激光粒度测定仪来观察与测定.
采用昆明种小白鼠以及S-180 动物肿瘤模型,评价五味子乙素-阿霉素脂质体的毒性与*肿瘤作用.结果表明:五味子乙素-阿霉素脂质体的包封率可达(96.45±1.86)%,粒度范围为(153.2±19.6)nm,Zeta电位为(-38.6±2.5)mV,显著降低了阿霉素的急性毒性,同时显著提高了阿霉素的*肿瘤作用.%To prepare schisandrin B-containing liposomes used as cartier of doxorubicin, the doxorubicin-loading efficiency and particle size distribution were determined using column chromatography.The acute toxicity and anti-tumor effect of the doxorubicin carrier with schisandrin B-containing lipsomes were evaluated in Kunming mice and animal S-180 tumor model. It was shown that the doxorubicin-loading efficiency was (96.45 ± 1.86) % (n = 3), and the particle size distribution was (153.2±19.6) nm (n = 3), and Zeta potential was (- 38.6 ± 2. 5) mV. Schisandrin B-containing liposomes significantly reduced the toxicity of doxorubicin and improve its antitumor effect.
